All out of country sales are final. No refunds. Only exchanges within 14 days in original conditions only after item has been received. Item can only be exchanged one time. If item is worn (this does not include trying on the dress to see if it fits) or damaged. Your exchange will not be accepted and your item will be shipped back to you at your cost.

 
All shipping costs will be paid by customer. If you are shipped the wrong dress, size, style or color then We will pay the shipping for exchange. If you purchase a dress and we do not have that dress in stock, you will be issued a refund. Thank you for shopping with First Impression pro.
